Blogs can be on any topic. Easy to start, easy to drop. Some people have more than one. Examples:
- Mad Woman in the Forest: Laurie Halse Anderson. Personal and book-related.
- Cynsations: Cynthia Leitich Smith. Daily. Lots of material. How does she do it?
- The Lisa Yee Blog -- is this aimed at kids, or at adults? Very successful.
- Through the Tollbooth: Group blog by children's writers.
- I.N.K: Group blog focusing on nonfiction.
- Drawn: Illustration and cartooning.
Author Blogging: You're Doing It Wrong: Who is your audience? Blogging should not be a never-ending writer's conference.
Kidlitosphere Central: for information and help, and a good "Sampler" in their Resources section.
